Pre Order Policy
PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE PIECES WHICH ARE EITHER IN PRODUCTION AND WILL BE NEW TO THE STORE OR HAVE SOLD OUT BUT WILL BE RESTOCKED SHORTLY.
BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW:
- Pre-orders require payment to be made in full at checkout.
- All Pre-Orders are final + non-refundable
- Pre-ordered items can generally be expected to be shipped/delivered 2-3 weeks after the pre-order has been placed
- There is a possibility that pre-ordered items could arrive later than the 2-3 week window due to several factors (eg: customs)
- Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
- If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped/delivered at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
- Once you've placed an order with us for a pre-order item, you are acknowledging acceptance of these terms & conditions.

- We cannot split any pre-orders. If you purchase any "in stock" items alongside "pre-order" items, your order will be shipped once all stock has arrived.
- We reserve the right to cancel any pre-orders if we are unable to meet our MOQ for ordering. Orders will be refunded in full for any cancellations.
