Pre Order Policy – Ngaru Toa Aotearoa

At Ngaru Toa Aotearoa, our pre order policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for all customers purchasing items in advance. Pre-order items include products currently in production, restocks of previously sold-out items, or upcoming exclusive releases. By placing a pre-order, you are agreeing to the terms below.

PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Pre-orders require full payment at checkout.

  • All pre-orders are final and non-refundable.

  • Pre-ordered items typically ship within 2–3 weeks of purchase.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as customs processing.

  • Please do not place a pre-order if you are unable to wait.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.

  • By placing a pre-order, you confirm your acceptance of our pre order policy.

  • We are unable to split orders. If you combine in-stock and pre-order products, shipping will be held until all items are available.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any pre-orders if minimum order quantities (MOQ) are not met. Full refunds will be issued for canceled pre-orders.
