No Exchange Policy

Please select carefully before making your purchases as all orders are final, we do not accept refunds for “Change of Mind’, and cannot exchange due to shipping costs to Australia. Please note that all purchases for sale are final and are non-refundable. Items bought in a sale discount are Non refundable.

Return & Store Credit Process

If your purchase is defective and eligible for a return a store credit will be put in place for the damaged item, please make sure that you follow the steps below to start the return and store credit process.
