SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: All orders are dispatched every Monday, please place your order before Monday 8am to meet the delivery deadline on Monday at 4:30pm Australia standard time. Orders placed after 4:30pm Monday maybe delayed until the next available dispatch day. Our priority is to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible but unfortunately, once orders are dispatched, we have no control over shipping delays.
DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
Australia
All of our Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post service and DHL Service, with the exception of orders being delivered to PO Boxes. Please be aware that all orders being delivered to PO Boxes will be shipped with Australia Post’s Standard Service.
Orders received before 8:00am Monday(Queensland time) will generally be dispatched on the same day, however, please allow up to 2 -8 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.
Orders shipped using DHL service are generally delivered within 5 business days. Orders shipped to PO Boxes using Australia Post are generally delivered within 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
New Zealand
All New Zealand orders will be shipped via Australia Post or DHL Express, with the exception of orders being delivered to PO Boxes. Please be aware that all orders being delivered to PO Boxes will be shipped with Australia Post’s Standard Service.
